At VehRise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, this Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the conditions and process for returning or exchanging eligible items.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging or components may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including gift cards, downloadable or digital products, personalized or custom-made items, final sale items, and any products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, the reason for your return, and, if applicable, photos of the item. We will provide instructions for returning your order.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it with the same item, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received a defective or incorrect product.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow our return process after delivery, if eligible.
