All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
United States: 5–10 business days.
Canada: 7–12 business days.
Europe: 7–15 business days.
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days.
Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is completed. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

VehRise currently ships to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may not be eligible for delivery due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations.

Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us for assistance.
